NO REFUND POLICY

This policy applies to any program operated by Showdown Sports LLC

Showdown Sports does not offer refunds on any program registrations unless the following scenarios occurs:

• The facility hosting the camp is forced to cancel due to internal facility operating issues. In this case, if a suitable facility within 20 miles of the original location is not able to be secured, a refund will be provided for the cost of the registration fee. Any Add-Ons purchased will not be refunded and those Add-Ons will be mailed to the participant. If the Add-On is not a physical item, it will be refunded.
• Showdown Sports cancels the program. Showdown Sports may cancel any program/camp/etc within seven (7) days of the event starting. Participants will receive a full refund of the camp within 30 days of cancellation.

Participants are encouraged to purchase SPORTS REFUND INSURANCE, which will cover the registration fee if a refund is required. Sports Refund Insurance costs an additional $20.00+ depending on the cost of the program. To purchase Sports Refund Insurance, visit https://app.battleface.com/?partner=426.

If the named athlete on the event is unable to attend, Showdown Sports may hire another athlete of similar caliber and use their name/image/likeness on the event. No refunds will be given in this situation.
